Gua Sha is a traditional East Asian healing technique that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to promote circulation and reduce inflammation. It’s often used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to relieve muscle tension, improve blood flow, and support lymphatic drainage.
Key Features of Gua Sha:
Technique The tool is gently scraped over lubricated skin (often with oil) in upward or outward strokes.
Common Uses:
Facial massage (to reduce puffiness, improve skin tone, and promote a lifted appearance)
Body therapy (to relieve pain, stiffness, or tension in areas like the back, neck, and shoulders)
Effects: May leave temporary red or purple marks (called sha) that indicate increased circulation and typically fade within a few days.
Best Usage: Add Oil to your skin and massage in circular upward motion. Lightweight and can be used on Face, Neck and even on your Feet. Made of Resin.
Warning: Please Don't use on irritated skin, open wounds, or if you are experiencing breakouts. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
